Latin American Consultant James Ordonez is an attorney at law from Rosario University and from University of Michigan and member of the American Bar Association since 1997. He made studies in the fields of International Business and contracts at Cambridge University, England and International Banking at the University of San Diego. As an expert in the field of international investments and contracts and entertainment law he was the director of the International Business Program at Rosario University since 1995, and he has been professor in the same areas at the University of Americas (Ecuador-Chile) and Nova Southeastern University (Florida); he is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris, France) and he is the writer of the books "International Business & Commercial Transactions" and "International Finance, Banking & Investment Operations".

Ordonez has provided financing agreements and production services to high quality Hollywood films and TV shows for over 20 years in the market place. His background and experience include films like THE MISSION’ starring Robert de Niro and Jeremy Irons, "COBRA VERDE" directed by Werner Herzog, "CHRONICAL OF A DEATH FORETOLD" directed by Francesco Rossi, "NOSTROMO” starring Albert Finney and Colin Firth, "PROOF OF LIFE" starring Russell Crowe and Meg Ryan, "THE DANCER UPSTAIRS" directed by John Malkovich, "REVERSAL OF LOVE" distributed by MGM, "STUCK" starring Stephen Rea and Mena Suvari and "VIVALDI" starring Joseph Fiennes and Gerard Depardieu among others.

He has also produced and directed commercials for multinational companies like Budweiser and Sony among many others, music videos, and has produced other entertainment events for companies and brands like Sports Illustrated.

He studied Advanced Filmmaking and Direction at The New York Film Academy at Universal Studios. He has also directed the short films "Priest" and "Reversal of Love" with production made at Universal Studios and the plays "Hamlet", "Hamlet in the mirror" and "Romeo and Juliet" in Madrid and London for the Shakespeare Corporation of Spain.
